Lack excercise Big risk

As we all know excersing  plays a big part in our daily routine, but when was the last time you got out of the couch and went for a jog, or a excercise routine about ones a month maybe? If you don't excersice at least for about 150minutes a week for moderate aerobic, or 75minutes vigorous aerobic a week for adults, your chances of dieing are higher than a strong cigarret smoker. It's understandable to know you don't ha e time to excercise but even 5minutes a day is a good result at th end of the day.
